Varsha Industry · Case StudyA Brand and Website as Solid as the Machines

A new identity and website for a third-generation oil machinery maker in Ghaziabad. All 42 machines now have their own page, and oil mill owners can filter, compare, and request a quote without waiting for a catalogue.

The Brief

Varsha Industry makes oil expellers, screw presses, filter presses, filter cloth, and spare parts in Ghaziabad. The company was established in 2018, but it carries forward the work of Varsha Engineering Corporation and more than six decades of oil machinery experience across three generations of one family.

That history is hard to see from the outside. Buying an oil expeller is a serious decision for a mill owner: the right machine depends on the seed, the daily volume, and the hours the plant runs. Buyers want to check bolts, gears, capacity, and motor power before they pick up the phone, and they want to know that the people behind the machine will still be there when it needs a spare part.

Varsha needed a brand that looked as established as the business, and a website that could answer those questions for them.

Our Approach

An identity with some weight to it. We built the brand from the factory floor up: a deep navy and a warm copper accent taken from industrial metal, set against soft sand and cream, with a classic serif for headlines. It feels steady and experienced, which is what you want from a company whose machines run through long shifts.

Lead with the machines and the people behind them. The home page opens on an oil mill at work. From there it moves through the product range, each stage of the plant from raw seed to finished oil, and a full 360-degree view of an expeller. The About page tells the three-generation story from Shri Khem Chand Lohia to the family running the business today.

A catalogue people can actually use. Every one of the 42 models has its own page with a specification table, photos, and related documents. Buyers can filter oil expellers by bolts, gear type, and capacity, sort the results, and switch between grid and list views.

Help for buyers who are not sure yet. A short machine finder asks about the seed, the daily volume, and the working hours, then suggests oil expeller setups that fit. A compare view puts models side by side, specification by specification, so the choice comes down to facts.

Enquiries that fit how the business sells. Mills often buy several machines at once, so buyers can add models to a quote list and send it in one go. A WhatsApp button and phone numbers stay within reach on every page, because that is how many of these conversations start.

Built to be found. People search for a machine by its exact type and size, so each model page is written to match. Twenty-two guides answer the questions mill owners ask, from choosing expeller capacity to reducing power costs, and the site is set up for both search engines and AI assistants.
