Agreement

These terms govern your use of outlierlabs.in and any services provided by Outlier Labs ("we", "us", "our"). By accessing this website or engaging our services, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

Services

Outlier Labs provides branding and identity, website design and development, content and marketing, and graphic design services. The scope, deliverables, timeline, and pricing for each engagement are defined in a separate project agreement or statement of work signed by both parties before work begins.

Nothing on this website constitutes a binding offer. All information is provided for general reference.

Website Content Is Illustrative, Not Contractual

The deliverables, timelines, processes, and outcomes described on this website reflect what we typically do. What you receive in a given engagement is determined solely by the signed agreement between your organisation and Outlier Labs. Where the website and a signed agreement differ, the signed agreement prevails.

Project Agreements

Each project is governed by its own agreement outlining scope, milestones, payment terms, and deliverables. If these terms conflict with a project agreement, the project agreement prevails.

Intellectual Property

Client work. On final payment, intellectual property rights in project deliverables transfer to you in full, including design files, website source files, documentation, and content created for the project.

Our tools and frameworks. We retain ownership of pre-existing tools, templates, and internal frameworks. Where these are incorporated into your project, you receive a perpetual, royalty-free licence to use them within the delivered work.

Website content. All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, and design, is owned by Outlier Labs or its licensors and may not be reproduced without written permission.

Payment Terms

Payment terms are defined in each project agreement. Typical terms are 50% upfront and 50% on completion for fixed-scope projects, milestone payments for larger projects, and monthly invoicing for partnerships. Late payments may pause work until the balance is cleared.

Confidentiality

Both parties agree to treat confidential information shared during an engagement with reasonable care. We are happy to sign a mutual NDA before work begins. Confidentiality obligations survive termination.

Post-Launch Support

Website projects include 30 days of post-launch support covering bug fixes and minor content changes. The support period and scope for each project are documented in the project agreement. Further support is available through a monthly partnership.

Warranties and Liability

We deliver work to a professional standard and will correct defects reported during the support period at no additional cost. Beyond that, services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Outlier Labs is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and our total liability for any claim will not exceed the fees paid for the project giving rise to the claim.

Termination

Either party may end an engagement with 14 days' written notice. You are responsible for payment of work completed up to the termination date, and we will deliver work-in-progress files with a reasonable handover.

Use of This Website

You agree to use this website lawfully and not to do anything that could harm, disable, or impair it. We may restrict access to the website at our discretion.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in New Delhi, India.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date.
