Cortex Advisory · Case StudyA Home for 400+ Psychiatrists Taking Mental Health Beyond the Clinic

A website for a psychiatrist-led collective with two very different audiences. Organisations can find the right mental health programme and request a proposal, and psychiatrists can explore a network that spans 91 cities.

The Brief

Cortex Advisory is a collective founded by five practising psychiatrists, with more than 400 psychiatrists in its network across India. They teach, speak, and build communities, and they run mental health programmes for companies, campuses, and communities.

That gives the website two jobs. An HR leader wants to know what Cortex can deliver for their teams and whether it can be trusted. A psychiatrist wants to know what joining the network would mean for their career. One site had to speak clearly to both, in a field where careless language and empty wellness claims do real harm.

Our Approach

Two clear paths from the first screen. The home page explains the collective in a sentence or two, then offers a route for each audience: Partner with us for organisations, and Join the network for professionals. A short proposal form sits in the opening screen, so an interested company can start without hunting for a contact page.

Credibility up front. The site opens on a psychiatrist speaking to a full room, with the five founders and the organisations Cortex has worked with close behind. Every programme makes the same point: it is designed and delivered by practising psychiatrists.

Programmes that are easy to compare. Workshops, keynotes, manager and HR training, EAP design and audit, workplace audits, campus programmes, and awareness campaigns each have their own page, so a buyer can go straight to what they need and share it internally.

A network people can actually explore. A map shows the spread of the network, and the directory can be searched by name or city, or browsed through an A to Z index of cities. Members can also be read about in their own words, with 293 introductions that can be searched by name, city, or interest.

Responsible by design. The site is clear about what Cortex does and does not do. Its FAQ states that Cortex offers education and training rather than therapy or emergency support, and it points anyone in crisis to Tele-MANAS, India's free 24×7 helpline.

What We Delivered

  • A complete website, designed and built from scratch, for desktop and mobile
  • Separate sections for organisations and for mental health professionals
  • Seven programme pages, each leading to a proposal request
  • A network map, a searchable member directory, and a searchable library of member introductions
  • A founders page, an events section with individual event pages, an FAQ, and enquiry forms
  • Privacy and terms pages

The Outcome

The site is in its final stage before launch, so we have no launch results to report yet, and we won't guess at them. What it already does is give one collective a single place to explain its work to two audiences, with its members and its clinical standards in plain view.

You can see the site as it stands at cortex-advisory-website.vercel.app.
