  • Can you integrate with Magicbricks, 99acres, and Housing.com lead feeds?

    Yes. We pull leads from all major aggregators via API or email parsing, normalise the data, dedupe across sources, and route into your CRM in real time. Lead source attribution is preserved end to end.

  • Do you build for individual brokers or only large developers?

    Both. Individual brokerages get a packaged website and CRM in 4 to 6 weeks. Large developers with multi project, multi tower inventory take 12 to 20 weeks for the full sales platform.

  • Will the listings actually rank above the aggregators?

    For your branded searches and project name searches, yes. Aggregators often outrank for generic queries like 3BHK in Gurgaon, but with the right schema, location pages, and project content we have moved branded and project specific searches above them within a few months.

  • Can the CRM handle leads from walk ins, calls, and offline channels?
