The Brief
Apollo Builders and Developers has been turning land into plotted residential layouts across Hubballi and Dharwad since 2003. More than 28 projects and 450 acres later, over 5,000 families own an Apollo plot, and every one of those plots is government-certified, with legal titles verified before sale.
We came to the project through a partner agency, working with them behind the scenes as their website team. The brief they brought us was clear: Apollo had two decades of trust on the ground and very little of it online. Buying a plot is one of the biggest decisions a family makes, and it is usually made on land that is still red soil and freshly laid roads. People want to see the place, check the paperwork, and hear from others who bought before them, long before they make the trip to a site.
Our Approach
Show the land, not just talk about it. Plotted development is hard to picture from a brochure, so the site leads with the ground itself. Drone footage and aerial photos of the layouts run through the home page and the project listings, so a buyer can see the roads, parks, and surrounding greenery before they ever visit.
Trust, up front. The things buyers worry about most are answered early: government certification, RERA and DTCP approval, verified titles, on-time delivery, and transparent documentation. The track record sits right below the hero: 20+ years, 28+ projects, 450+ acres, and 5,000+ plot owners.
Projects people can compare. Flagship layouts like Vijnana Nagara, the 29-acre "Science City" behind IIIT Dharwad, are featured with their size and location. Seven ongoing projects each get their own listing with acreage, area, type, and a short note on what makes the location worth it, so a buyer can shortlist before they call.
Proof from people who already bought. Fourteen reviews from plot owners, alongside Apollo's World Environment Day drive that planted 1,000+ saplings at Vijnana Nagara, show what the company is like to deal with and what it puts back into its communities.
Every page leads to a site visit. "Book your visit" sits in the hero and at the end of every section, and the enquiry form asks only what the sales team needs: the project someone is interested in, residential or commercial, and where they are coming from.
A calm, earthy look. A warm stone palette and clean type let the land do the talking, and the site works just as well on a phone, which is where most buyers in the region will find it.
What We Delivered
- A complete website, designed and built for Apollo through our partner agency
- A drone-led home page with Apollo's story, track record, and founder's message
- Featured and ongoing project listings with acreage, location, and project type
- A "Why Apollo" section covering certification, approvals, planning, delivery, and transparency
- Plot owner reviews and a community section for Apollo's environment work
- A site visit and enquiry form with project and plot type selection
- Privacy, cookie, and terms pages, plus search-friendly pages and share previews
The Outcome
The new website is live on Apollo's own domain. Now a family hearing about Apollo from a friend or relative will find a site that backs up everything they have heard: the land, the paperwork, the people who already built on it, and a simple way to come and see it in person.
It is also a good example of how we work with agencies. Our partner kept the client relationship, and we delivered the website as part of their team, on their timeline.
