The Brief
Cognitive Node is run by two teachers, Payal Bakliwal and Nupur Jain, who between them have more than 35 years in the classroom and have taught over 250 children. Payal has been a vice principal and won a Best Teacher Award. Nupur still runs her own offline centre, where she is one of the best-known teachers in her locality.
Their reputation had always travelled the old way: parents telling other parents. As they moved their one-on-one classes for Classes 1 to 12 online, that was no longer enough. A parent hearing about them for the first time had nowhere to go to see who they were, what they taught, or how to get started. They needed an online presence that did justice to years of teaching, and a simple way for interested families to reach them.
Our Approach
We started with the parents. A parent choosing a tutor is trusting someone with their child, so the site had to answer the questions they actually ask: who will teach my child, are they any good, how do classes work, and what happens next.
That shaped everything. The two founders are front and centre, with their real experience, qualifications, and teaching styles, because the teachers are the product. Programs, levels, and pricing are laid out clearly so parents can find what fits without a call. And every page leads to one simple next step: book a free demo class.
We also wrote every word on the site. We captured how the founders teach and what they believe, and turned it into copy that is warm and plain-spoken rather than salesy, built around their conviction that no child is "just not good at" a subject.
We kept the build deliberately lean. It is a fast, frontend-only website with no backend to maintain, and every enquiry goes straight to the founders so no interested family slips through.
What We Delivered
- A complete website: home, about, programs, mentor profiles, pricing, and contact
- All the website content, written end to end: the founders' story, mentor bios, program descriptions for every subject, pricing, and FAQs
- Founder profiles that showcase their experience, credentials, and how each of them teaches
- Clear program and pricing pages for Classes 1 to 12
- An enquiry form and free demo class sign-up that sends every request to the founders
- Search-friendly pages and share previews, so the site looks right wherever it is found or shared
The Outcome
The website launched in the first week of October 2026. The founders shared it with families, friends, and the parents who already knew them, just as they always had. The difference was what people found when they clicked: a polished, credible presence that matched the teachers behind it.
Word of mouth that used to end in a phone number now ended on a website that made the case for them, and it travelled much further. In the first week alone, Cognitive Node received 50 enquiries, along with great feedback on the website itself from the people who saw it.
