How does pricing work for an automation project?
Every automation is scoped against integration count, volume, and reliability requirements, then quoted as a fixed scope before work begins. We do not publish standard rates because real numbers depend on your stack and SLAs. Send us a brief and we will come back with a number in writing.
How long until automations are live?
Single workflow automations ship in 1 to 3 weeks. Multi system integrations take 3 to 8 weeks. AI agents in production with RAG, evaluation, and human review checkpoints take 6 to 14 weeks.
Zapier, n8n, or custom code, what is the right call?
Zapier for early stage, low volume flows. n8n for self hosted control, mid volume, or sensitive data. Custom code for high volume or business critical paths where reliability and observability matter. We use whichever fits and document the trade off.
Can you integrate AI agents into existing systems?
Yes. RAG over your docs, LLM powered triage and classification, and content generation, all wired to monitors and human in the loop checkpoints where stakes are high. We use Claude, GPT, or your preferred LLM, with full evaluation and observability.
What if an automation breaks at 2am?
Every workflow has retries, dead letter queues, and Slack or email alerting. Production systems include uptime monitoring and observability dashboards. Failures are surfaced before customers notice, not after.
Can you replace our outdated Zapier or Make stack?
Yes. Most growth stage companies hit a ceiling where Zapier becomes either too expensive or too unreliable. We migrate to n8n or custom code in phases, validating each flow before retiring the old one.
Will the automation be auditable and compliant?
Yes. Full audit logs, idempotency keys, and traceable input output for every step. For regulated industries we also implement RBAC, data masking, and approval workflows where compliance requires human sign off.
Will our team be able to maintain the workflows after handover?
Yes. n8n based flows are editable in a visual UI by non engineers. Custom code automations come with documented runbooks, recorded walkthroughs, and a one to two month support window for handover.
