Software for restaurants, cafes, and cloud kitchens.
Restaurants live on margins and speed. We build the websites, ordering apps, and operational tooling that let single outlet restaurants compete with chain efficiency, and let chains run consistent operations across outlets without losing the brand.
What we build
Restaurant websites
Menu, locations, reservations, online ordering, and gift cards. Fast on phones and ranking for searches like best Italian restaurant in Bandra or best biryani in Hauz Khas.
Direct order apps
Your own ordering app, so you stop paying 18 to 30 percent commission to aggregators on repeat customers. Loyalty, push notifications, and integrations with delivery partners.
Outlet and cloud kitchen ops
Recipe costing, inventory, multi outlet menu management, and a kitchen display system that does not crash on a Saturday night.
Where it usually breaks
- Aggregators take 25 percent or more on every order, even repeat customers.
- Menu changes take a week to propagate across outlets.
- Inventory and recipe costing live in disconnected spreadsheets.
- Loyalty programmes exist on paper and nobody tracks the redemption.
What you walk away with
- 20 to 40 percent of repeat orders moved off aggregators onto your own channel.
- Menu and price changes propagate in minutes, not days.
- A unified dashboard for sales, costs, and outlet health.
- A working loyalty programme that drives measurable second visits.
Common questions
How does pricing work for a restaurant website or ordering app?
Every project is fixed scope, quoted in writing after the strategy phase. Real numbers depend on outlet count, ordering depth, loyalty scope, and any inventory or recipe costing tooling. We do not publish standard rates. Send us a brief and we will reply with specifics.
How long until we can take orders directly?
Single outlet websites with online ordering ship in 3 to 5 weeks. Branded ordering apps for iOS and Android ship in 8 to 12 weeks. Multi outlet ops platforms run 12 to 20 weeks.
Can you integrate with Zomato, Swiggy, and Uber Eats?
Yes. Order pull, menu sync, rider tracking, and price parity. We have also built bridges into POS systems like Petpooja, Posist, Limetray, and Square. Anything with a documented API is fair game.
Will customers actually use our own app instead of Zomato?
If the discount on your own channel is meaningful and the experience is fast, yes. Most brands we have built apps for see 20 to 40 percent of repeat order traffic shift within six months, especially with WhatsApp re engagement and meaningful loyalty.
We have one outlet today. Is this overkill?
A great website with WhatsApp ordering is usually enough for a single outlet. The custom app starts paying off when you have multiple outlets, a loyalty story, or aggregator commissions are eating real margin.
Can your system handle our peak load on a weekend evening?
Yes. Order systems are stress tested at five times peak before launch, with queue based order processing so a sudden burst does not break the kitchen flow. We have shipped systems that handle 1000 plus concurrent orders without degradation.
Will the kitchen team adopt a new screen?
Kitchen display systems are designed for non technical staff. Large fonts, clear timers, single tap actions, and no logins between shifts. We test with the actual kitchen team before rollout.
Do we need to switch our POS?
No. We integrate with your existing POS where possible. Replacement is only recommended if the current POS is the actual blocker, and we make that case in writing with the trade offs.
